Conveyor system supplier Flexco has named Chip Winiarski as executive vice president and chief commercial officer as part of a realignment of its senior leadership.
In this role, Winiarski will lead a comprehensive realignment of the company’s sales regions, with sales, sales support, and customer experience resources consolidated under his leadership.
Additionally, effective immediately, Keith Staninger has been named EVP and chief solutions and digital officer. In this expanded role, he will oversee both the Light-Duty and Heavy-Duty Business Unit directors.
The moves, the company said, are in an effort to better support the company’s strategic priorities and enhance its ability to serve the belt conveyor industry worldwide.
“As end users and distributor partners continue to evolve, and as the competitive landscape intensifies, Flexco is taking proactive steps to improve how it engages with customers to deliver solutions that meet their needs,” the company said.
