
J.H. Fletcher recently announced that Greg Hinshaw is retiring from the company as chief executive officer, effective immediately, and will be succeeded by the previous president, Rod Duncan.
Duncan, who began his Fletcher career as an intern, has worked in practically every area of the business. He will oversee production, strengthen customer and industry partnerships, and ensure the organization is positioned for long-term growth and competitiveness.
Additionally, previous Vice President of Sales Ben Hardman has been appointed chief operating officer. He will oversee sales, service and engineering to ensure the company consistently delivers high-quality results for customers.
Julia Fletcher, previously its vice president of Business Strategy, has been tapped to be president. In this expanded role, Fletcher will oversee day-to-day business integration, align cross-functional priorities, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives that support operational performance and sustained growth.
