Colorado-based Fortitude Gold said its annual meeting of shareholders will be held in person at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Colorado Springs.
The company has fixed the close of business on March 20 as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof.
The company’s Nevada Mining Unit consists of five high-grade gold properties located in the Walker Lane Mineral Belt and a sixth high-grade gold property in west-central Nevada. The Isabella Pearl gold mine, located on the Isabella Pearl mineralized trend, is currently in production.
