“I am extremely excited to step into the role of managing director at WIM UK, an organization that I have been a part of for so many years,” said Lucy Crane, who previously served as head of the Membership, Education & Outreach Committee. “I look forward to building on Stacy’s incredible work, continuing to foster an inclusive community and ensuring that sustainability and responsible practices remain at the heart of our industry’s future.”
She holds an undergraduate degree in Earth Sciences from Oxford University and a master’s in Mining Geology from the Camborne School of Mines. Crane is a founding committee member of Young Mining Professionals London.
