Dart Controls said the 65E, a high-performance Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controller for 12 through 48-volt battery-powered equipment, is ideal for portable and solar-powered applications.
Rated for 10 to 20 amps continuous current, the Dart 65E features adjustable maximum speed, minimum speed, current limit, I.R. compensation, and acceleration, plus a quiet operating frequency of 18 kHz. In addition to a new reversing option, the updated 65E design includes Supply Voltage and Current Limit Status LEDs, and current limit shutdown and output.
Dart Controls noted that SMT design and advanced circuitry minimizes voltage drop (up to 60%-plus less voltage drop). The 65E is available in open chassis and NEMA 4X enclosed models. An optional under-voltage lockout protects from battery deep-cycle discharge. Further, inhibit Input provides low power method to shut down motor.
All 65E models are manufactured by Dart Controls and are available through its nationwide distribution network.
