Standard features include a smooth plate deck surface, a solid axle wheelset for durability, improved 20-foot curve negotiation and a sealed bearing for harsh operating conditions. It also has an adjustable coupler height to meet customer needs from 9.5 to 13.5 inches from the top of rail, and it is compatible with and uses standard Willison-style 25-in. shank couplers. Optional features include a draft gear and a diamond plate deck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brookville and Blackhawk Mining tested the pilot unit at one of Blackhawk\u2019s mining locations, which will include onsite testing and validation. The rigorous testing process is currently underway and will continue over the next few months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
