Arizona Sonoran Copper said it has acquired the land title for the 523-acre MainSpring property as well as received a special land use permit on the southeast corner of the Cactus project in Arizona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additionally, the miner said rezoning of MainSpring PAD III, the southern parcel of the MainSpring property, to Industrial Use, Mining is now complete. There is no further zoning amendments required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Arizona Sonoran is currently infill drilling the near surface mineralization at MainSpring, extending immediately south of the 2.9 billion pound @ 1.0% Cut M&I Parks\/Salyer deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Section 2 special land use permit allows the miner to use the surface of the 339-acre Cactus property to accommodate future mine infrastructure. The permit is rented by the Arizona State Lands Department, although Arizona Sonoran has submitted a purchase application to own the surface rights 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
