I have another, though, given to me some time ago from a coal company that has their name on the front, and the back reading, \u201cMy blood runs black.\u201d I\u2019ve often used that in my personal and professional conversations since first reading it, as my industry career began covering (mostly underground) coal mining news and technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of you opening this edition of North American Mining<\/em> may be doing so at our inaugural West Virginia Coal Show, being held at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center in the state\u2019s capital city. If so, welcome! Look for our team; we\u2019d love to properly meet you if we haven\u2019t already and hear more about your motivation to become a part of this exciting event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
