AI-powered software maker Strayos and drone designer Quantum Systems have entered into a strategic partnership that both said will transform mining operations through advanced technology and automation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership, according to the pair, will bring together the capabilities of both companies, combining Strayos\u2019 expertise in artificial intelligence and data analytics with Quantum Systems\u2019 state-of-the-art UAV technology, and will empower mining companies to seamlessly extract more value from data to further optimize their operations, enhance safety measures, increase overall productivity and ROI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUnleashing the power of AI and UAS technology for optimizing mining operations, Strayos\u2019\u2026 advanced algorithms analyze data collected from various sources, including drones, LiDAR scans and existing mining equipment to provide real-time insights and actionable intelligence. By leveraging the power of artificial intelligence, [it] enables mining companies to make informed decisions, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quantum, meanwhile, noted its high-performance drones are equipped with six different fully integrated cameras, including RGB, oblique, multispectral and a LiDAR scanner to enable customers to receive precise data collection and aerial mapping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership will thus offer a seamless end-to-end solution for mining operations. The combined offering will enable mining companies to efficiently survey and analyze vast areas of mining sites, identify potential risks, optimize resource allocation, and streamline workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
