Superior Industries Inc. announced the pending acquisition of CEMCO Inc. of Belen, N.M. CEMCO is a 60-year-old manufacturing company and originator of the modern Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) Crusher, which revolutionized production of high quality road-making material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, CEMCO is recognized as a premier designer and manufacturer of VSI Crushers as it proudly serves customers in the aggregates, recycling, mining and energy markets worldwide. In addition to its crushers, the company is well-known for outstanding customer service, high-quality manufacturing, and incredible devotion to its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEMCO\u2019s original VSI is still in service today in New Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the addition of the CEMCO\u2019s VSI, a 140,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility in New Mexico, and dozens of experienced employees, Superior takes another step in its goal of providing more opportunities for dealers and a diverse portfolio of proven products for producers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
