Micromine\u2019s innovative fleet management system and mine control solution \u2013 Micromine Pitram \u2013 has been successfully deployed at Nevada Gold Mines\u2019 Goldrush underground mine in the Elko region of Nevada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase 1 of the implementation consolidates and monitors production data, including shift and daily production schedules of loaders, trucks and drill fleets, in addition to improving accuracy on yield forecasting. As the site’s data backbone, Micromine Pitram also ensures operational teams and regional management have improved insight into shift and production activities to improve productivity and plan accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The innovative technology suite has been in use at several Nevada Gold Mines sites over the past two decades, including Cortez, Goldstrike and Leeville. The Micromine Pitram team will continue to support Nevada Gold Mines and looks forward to implementing solutions to additional NGM sites in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goldrush is part of the world’s largest gold mining complex owned and operated by Nevada Gold Mines, a joint venture between Barrick (61.5%) and Newmont (38.5%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
