{"id":4972,"date":"2023-06-15T20:16:43","date_gmt":"2023-06-15T20:16:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/northamericanmining.com\/?p=4972"},"modified":"2023-06-16T15:36:02","modified_gmt":"2023-06-16T15:36:02","slug":"medaro-mining-to-spin-out-interest-in-glet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/northamericanmining.com\/index.php\/2023\/06\/15\/medaro-mining-to-spin-out-interest-in-glet\/","title":{"rendered":"Medaro Mining to spin-out interest in GLET"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lithium exploration company Medaro Mining said it plans to carry out a strategic reorganization of its assets through which it would spin-out its interest in Global Lithium Extraction Technologies (GLET) into a newly created entity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new company would be entirely focused on the development and commercialization of GLET\u2019s lithium extraction technology, while Medaro would be focused on its Quebec and Saskatchewan lithium and uranium exploration projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There would be no change in shareholders\u2019 holdings in Medaro Mining as a result of the spin-out.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe believe the spin-out of the GLET, Hardrock Lithium Extraction Technology (HLT) will be very beneficial to shareholders.
