WVOMHST Director Frank Foster presented the awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<strong>Mountaineer Guardian Safety Awards<\/strong>&nbsp;presented during the event include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Best of Class Statewide Awards<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eustace E.
