He said he will continue to provide insights and guidance on company strategy, execution and culture during that period, and will remain involved in U.S. and subsidiary board\/shareholder communications and relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chip Winiarski has also been promoted to chief marketing officer and will be responsible for Flexco\u2019s global marketing, engineering and strategic account efforts, as well as its North American sales.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure id=\"attachment_320\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-320\" style=\"width: 200px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-320 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/miningproductsmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/flexcokeithstaninger.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"280\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-320\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Keith Staninger<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"attachment_319\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-319\" style=\"width: 200px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-319 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/miningproductsmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/flexcochipwiniarski.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-319\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Chip Winiarski<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, Flexco also welcomed Keith Staninger as chief digital officer. In this role, Staninger will be responsible for establishing and implementing digital technologies into Flexco\u2019s customer offerings, while enabling strategic innovation and business transformation across the company.
