Parkland\u2019s Ridgeline Lubricants has officially launched its Ridgeline Fluids Analysis program for maintenance professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new program offers a glimpse into engine performance in the mining, construction, trucking and industrial markets, it said, for professionals needing to detect engine problems before they occur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRidgeline Fluids Analysis program provides a comprehensive analysis of your equipment\u2019s used oil\/fluids every time the fluids and lubricants are changed,\u201d the company said, adding that it can provide critical insight into the performance trends of equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGoing beyond just oil analysis, Ridgeline also offers coolant, fuel and diesel exhaust fluid analysis \u2013 all from a user-friendly app and website \u2013 for technicians and job-site managers who are on the go.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
Customers of the program can ship 4 to 6 ounces of used oil or fluid to the Ridgeline laboratory in a QR code-labeled test tube for the analysis of over 25 analytes, which will detect wear and contamination and determine fluid condition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The test tube can be tracked and labeled in the app, where results will be shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the interest of a quick result, the Fluids Analysis program delivers a time-sensitive 24- to 48-hour turnaround time and provides a quick and accurate trend analysis explaining the integrity of an engine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are two packages available in the program, Base and Summit, with pricing based on equipment needs and varied by geography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
