Side-Tension Rails \u2013 Steel, urethane, or rubber wear-resistant rails help hold proper tension to increase screen media wear life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tension Wedge Assembly \u2013 Assists with and accelerates screen media installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stringers \u2013 Steel or urethane, in several styles, including steel-reinforced, non-reinforced u-channels, and urethane non-reinforced full or split u-channels for Modular Classic screen media panels. Steel T-stringers or C-channel stringers are available for Modular 2000 screen media panel systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
J-Bolts and U-Bolts \u2013 Used to securely clamp screen media to crown bars, reducing wear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Donuts \u2013 In rubber or urethane. Used to securely clamp screen media to crown bars, reducing wear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spray Pipe Seals, Covers, and Beaver Tail Spray Deflectors \u2013 Wear protection for wet screening applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Side Liners and Wedges \u2013 Urethane or rubber side liners can be manufactured for all modular systems. Wedges are used to hold down the side liners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cross Support and Eccentric Shaft Covers \u2013 Cross support covers install over the cross support, between the bucker bars, to protect the cross support from falling material. Eccentric shaft covers are available in 1\/2-in., 2\/3-in., or 3\/4-in. coverage of the shaft diameter, with coverage for the full length of the shaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
