That change, too, was effective Sept. 21.<\/p>\n<p>Raffield will remain as a consultant to Harte Gold until the completion of a feasibility study that is due in the final quarter of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, Dan Gagnon, the company\u2019s general manager for the Sugar Zone mine, was appointed vice president \u2013 operations, effective Sept. 21.<\/p>\n<p>On the company\u2019s board, it has added Doug Cater to replace Richard Sutcliffe.
