The U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration confirmed it has renewed its alliance with the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) to ensure manufacturers and contractors have access to information, guidance, and training resources designed to protect the health and safety of miners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
MSHA\u2019s renewed alliance with AEM \u2013 an association that works to advance construction and agricultural equipment manufacturers, including those providing equipment to the nation\u2019s mines \u2013 emphasizes the safe use and operation of equipment at mines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The alliance has several key provisions, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
