Since its initial development launch, we’ve continued to listen to our customers and refine the design to better align with real-world application needs. The result is a complete load zone solution that consistently maintains a tight seal, limits unnecessary labor, protects the belt, and keeps production moving.”

The Enclosed Skirting 2.0 allows installation crews to mount the system anywhere along the stringer without major structural modifications, altogether avoiding the complications that arise with traditional skirting systems, noted the manufacturer. The system’s modular design accommodates a variety of sizes and can be configured for nearly any application. Flexco’s Dual Seal Polyurethane Skirting can also be used in conjunction for select applications, providing additional sealing flexibility.

Every detail of the Enclosed Skirting 2.0 was designed with input from the people who use it. Customer feedback drove meaningful updates across the system, making maintenance access simpler and faster, improving dust control to help facilities maintain compliance, and reducing the need for full production shutdowns. The result is a system that’s easier to service, safer for workers, and designed to keep operations moving.

Flexco’s Enclosed Skirting 2.0 is ideal for heavy-duty applications within industries like aggregate, cement, coal, mining, and bulk material handling operations where dust containment, spillage prevention, and safe maintenance access are critical operational priorities.

Source: Flexco

Flexco recently announced the launch of the Enclosed Skirting 2.0, its next-generation skirting system designed to seal load zones, contain dust and spillage, and enable safe, efficient maintenance from outside the chute. “Load zones that leak dust and spillage create a cascade of problems for plant managers, ranging from messy cleanups and accelerated belt wear to compliance risks and crews…

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false
[89
1491,2397,4465,465,4464,234,457
1644
post-12226","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-product-launch","tag-aggregate","tag-bulk-material-handling","tag-cement","tag-coal","tag-enclosed-skirting","tag-flexco","tag-mining
["GET
