Dust collection system supplier Tri-Mer has debuted a new line of industrial bag filters for gas volumes up to 880,000 acfm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tri-Mer bag filters are suitable for the broadest range of dust types, loadings and flow ranges. Bag filter elements consist of a fabric bag and a support cage, which is mounted from the clean gas side. Filter elements fit precisely in the housing, providing a perfect seal against bypass without the use of screws. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incoming gas flows through the textile filter from outside to inside; particulate is retained on the outside. A key advantage is the fully optimized distribution of the cleaning energy over the entire filter surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tri-Mer bag filters are engineered for low mechanical stress on the filter fabric, a factor that contributes to long service life. Material options include PTFE and PTFE membrane, polyester needlefelt, Nomex, acrylic felt, fiberglass and Aramid felt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The unique design of these vertical, circular bag filters accommodates filter lengths up to 30 ft. Filter elements are easy to handle and are supplied with split cages where indicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tri-Mer bag filters are suitable for flow rates from 588 to 880,000 acfm. Higher dust loadings can be managed with pre-separation cambers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
