Precision Pulley & Idler (PPI) o\ufb00ers the Precision Composite Roller (PCR), fully load-capable idlers engineered to deliver performance without compromise. The roller provides significant weight reduction, reducing strain on maintenance personnel and conveyor structures while delivering exceptional durability in harsh, demanding environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed to withstand corrosion, wear, and abrasion, PCR extends product life and reduces belt-contact noise compared to steel rolls, contributing to quieter operation. Available in six material options, PCR can be customized to meet the most challenging applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional features include Retro Roll capability for simplified upgrades and Spinweld<\/p>\n\n\n\n

construction for enhanced strength and long-term reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PCR rolls will be produced from PPI\u2019s South African operation and its Corning, Iowa, factory in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
