The largest focus will be in the mining sector, a major portion of this region\u2019s industrial landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Motion noted it is dedicated to working alongside Indigenous peoples and their communities in British Columbia and beyond, cultivating enduring, trust-based partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specifically, the partnership will:<br>\u2022 Support mutual goals for Truth &amp; Reconciliation, including economic prosperity.<br>\u2022 Help build sustainable communities and create economic opportunities, including employment and skill development for the Tahltan People.<br>\u2022 Foster collaboration with local experts to support mining operation growth in northern British Columbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jerry Asp, president of Tagodi Development Corporation and Tahltan Elder, said: \u201cMy family is very pleased to have entered into a joint venture with Motion.
