VDG (Van der Graaf ), a leading manufacturer of drum motors for belt conveyor applications, has appointed Mike Clark to the team as a heavy industry sales representative for the Southeastern United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Clark\u00a0brings more than 20 years of technical sales experience across multiple industries, including power transmission, precision 3D measurement and imaging instruments, metrology and industrial machinery.\u00a0Prior to joining VDG, he\u00a0served as regional sales manager at Diversified Specialties Inc., a manufacturer of gears, sprockets and timing pulleys used in conveyors, food processing, packaging machinery and heavy equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and is certified in Electromagnetic Testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his new role, Clark will be responsible for expanding VDG Drum Motor sales throughout the Southeastern territory \u2013 covering Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. His focus will be on developing strong relationships with OEMs, resellers and end users in heavy industry sectors such as mining, aggregates and bulk material handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clark\u2019s technical knowledge and extensive sales experience in industrial sectors make him a valuable asset to the VDG team. His addition supports the company\u2019s continued growth in the Southern United States and its commitment to providing application-specific engineering solutions.
