FLSmidth has entered into a share purchase agreement with Nrep and AG Gruppen to sell the land and buildings located at its corporate headquarters in Valby, Denmark, for DKK 730 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company has been based at Vigerslev All\u00e9 since 1899. Since 1956, the iconic red-brick buildings, designed by architect Palle Suenson, have served as home to the global business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

FLSmidth announced plans in 2022 to relocate to a new corporate headquarters at Havneholmen in Copenhagen. The move is currently scheduled for late 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The expected net cash proceeds from the sale will be allocated with the company\u2019s general capital allocation priorities as well as to general corporate purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
