Weir Minerals has tackled the common issue of large particle handling with its newest product, the Multiflo Mudflo hydraulic submersible slurry pump designed for abrasive applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Multiflo Mudflo pump combines the Warman MGS pump end, Multiflo CB32 hydraulic cutters and ESCO excavation teeth for efficient pumping, and features a hydraulically driven wet-end which has been specifically designed to efficiently, safely reprocess and relocate tailings ponds, maintain water retention dams and manage slimes and sludge ponds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the company\u2019s Ultrachrome A05 chrome alloy impeller ensures high wear resistance; a specially engineered suction strainer minimizes clogging risk. The new release is capable of pumping between 150 and 1,200 cubic meters per hour, up to \u0668\u0662-m head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multiflo Mudflo can be retrofitted to competitor OEM equipment using a quick-hitch plate attachment. It can also be assembled on land, eliminating the safety risks associated with assembling pumps over water. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new pump is now available globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
